AHO Women's Rugby is a collegiate club for Appalachian State University. We are a highly competitive club that has found great success in recent years, not only coming first in the state of North Carolina, but making it to regionals and even competing on the National level as well. We have a diverse group of young women that make up what AHO Rugby is today, great leaders, excellent athletes, and amazing friends that could never be replaced. AHO Rugby is dedicated to not only the great game of rugby itself, but to each other and our amazing fans (Love you, groupies!) We look forward to another amazing year...Oderint Dum Metuant--LET THEM HATE SO LONG AS THEY FEAR!
